Delivery
Where do you deliver? We currently deliver within mainland United Kingdom.
Can I select a delivery date? Yes. Available delivery dates can be selected at checkout. While we aim to meet your chosen date, delivery is subject to courier logistics.
Do you offer complimentary delivery? Yes. All Rosalisha arrangements are delivered with complimentary UK delivery.
Our Flowers
Will my bouquet look exactly like the images online? Each Rosalisha arrangement is individually handcrafted. While the overall style, size, and colour palette will remain consistent, flower varieties may vary due to seasonal availability. Any substitutions are made carefully to maintain the intended aesthetic.
Can I see a photo of my bouquet before delivery? We're unable to provide photographs prior to delivery. Our imagery represents the design style rather than an exact replica of each arrangement.
How long will my flowers last? Fresh flowers naturally vary in lifespan depending on the varieties used, the environment, and how they are cared for. With proper care, many arrangements remain beautiful beyond the initial days. However, due to their perishable nature, we can only assure freshness for up to 3 days from the date of delivery.
How should I care for my flowers? To help your arrangement last as long as possible: Flower food is provided with every order. Replace the water every couple of days. Keep flowers in a cool place, away from radiators or direct heat. Remove any wilting flowers to help others stay fresh. Avoid placing flowers near ripening fruit, as natural gases can shorten flower life. A full care guide is included with every order.
Subscriptions
What subscription options do you offer? We offer monthly, fortnightly, and annual subscriptions, each delivering a freshly curated Rosalisha arrangement on your selected schedule.
Is there a benefit to subscribing? Subscribers receive preferred member pricing along with complimentary delivery on every order.
Can I manage my subscription? Yes. Subscription details can be managed through your account before the next order is processed.
Cancellations & Returns
Can I cancel or amend my order? As arrangements are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once preparation has begun.
Do you accept returns? Due to the bespoke and perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns are not accepted. If there is a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
What if there's an issue with my order? Please email alisha@rosalishabouquets.com within 24 hours and the issue will be reviewed.
