Fresh Flowers (One-Time & Subscription Orders)
Due to the perishable and bespoke nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not in acceptable condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:
• A replacement arrangement
• A partial or full refund
• Store credit for future use
Requests submitted after 24 hours cannot be considered.

Seasonal Variation & Design Interpretation
Each Rosalisha bouquet is handcrafted using the finest seasonal flowers available at the time of preparation. While we always honour the selected size, colour palette, and overall style, exact flower varieties may vary from the images shown.
These natural variations are an inherent part of our design process and do not constitute a fault. As such, variations in flower selection are not eligible for refund, provided the arrangement reflects the chosen style and quality standards.

Subscriptions & Memberships
All subscription orders are prepared and delivered according to the selected schedule.
• Subscription payments are non-refundable once an order has been processed or dispatched
• Customers may pause or skip future deliveries in line with their subscription plan
• Annual memberships include a fixed number of deliveries and are non-refundable once the first delivery has been fulfilled
Any quality concerns relating to a specific subscription delivery will be reviewed under the same standards as one-time orders.

Delivery Issues
While we work with trusted courier partners, delays caused by factors outside our control — including weather conditions, courier disruptions, or incorrect address details provided at checkout — may occur. In such cases, refunds cannot be guaranteed, though we will always aim to reach a fair resolution where possible.
