Cancellation policy

Subscription orders are prepared to order and are non-refundable once processed or dispatched.

Customers may pause or skip upcoming deliveries in line with their selected subscription plan.

Monthly and fortnightly subscriptions may be cancelled after the first fulfilled delivery.

Annual memberships include a fixed number of deliveries and may be cancelled after the final delivery has been fulfilled.

Any concerns relating to the quality of a specific delivery will be reviewed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
